The platform is currently in early access and beta. Some features, content, and payment systems are still being developed and may change before public launch.

To access most academy features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with others or use someone else's account.
Legacy Bridge AI Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior on the platform.
Paid enrollment is not yet active. No payment is required and no charges will occur from using the platform during early access unless a paid feature is clearly marked as live and a checkout process is explicitly completed.
Accepted payment methods (planned): Legacy Bridge AI Academy will accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (where supported). All payments will be processed through Stripe or an equivalent PCI-compliant processor. Credit card numbers are never stored on Legacy Bridge servers.
Refunds: If you purchase a course or bundle and experience a serious access issue, missing content, or a class that does not load correctly, you may be eligible for a refund review. Refund approval is not automatic and is reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for processing from the date of approval. All course content, curriculum materials, branding, and platform design are owned by Legacy Bridge AI Academy and its founder. You may access content for personal educational use only. You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the platform or its content without written permission.
Course content delivered through the AI Instructor is generated by OpenAI's models at the time of your request. Legacy Bridge AI Academy does not claim ownership of AI-generated responses but does not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose.

The K-12 Academy section is available to students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. A parent or legal guardian must complete the consent process before a K-12 account is activated. K-12 accounts operate in a child-safe mode with content restrictions.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the platform and for ensuring that the content accessed is appropriate for their child's age and maturity level.

Legacy Bridge AI Academy is provided "as is" during early access and beta. The founder makes no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, course availability, or feature completeness during this phase.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Bridge AI Academy and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform during beta. This includes loss of data, loss of access, or reliance on AI-generated content.
These draft terms will be replaced with finalized, attorney-reviewed Terms of Service before paid public launch. Continued use of the platform after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Enrolled students will be notified when a finalized version is published.
