Draft Placeholder — Payments Are Not Yet Live.
This refund policy describes the planned rules for when paid enrollment launches. No charges are currently processed. This policy has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and is not a finalized legal document. A complete, attorney-reviewed version will be published before any paid public launch. Questions? 1. Accepted Payment Methods
Legacy Bridge AI Academy accepts all major credit cards, including:
Visa
Mastercard
American Express
Discover*
* Discover is accepted where supported by the active payment processor.
Other major cards supported by Stripe or the active payment provider may also be accepted at checkout.
All payments are processed through Stripe or an equivalent PCI-compliant payment processor. Legacy Bridge AI Academy does not store credit card numbers on its servers. Card data is handled exclusively by the payment processor.
2. How Enrollment Works
When a payment is successfully completed:
- The purchased course, bundle, certificate access, or credit package is unlocked for your account.
- An enrollment record is created with your account email, course or bundle name, and payment reference.
- A purchase confirmation will be sent to your email once the payment backend is fully connected.
Owner and administrator accounts are permanently exempt from payment and credit requirements.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed when:
- A purchased class does not open or boot correctly.
- A course page is missing required content.
- A class has missing pages, missing lessons, missing modules, or incomplete required criteria.
- The enrollment and payment completed but course access did not unlock.
- A technical issue prevents reasonable access to the purchased material.
Refund approval is not automatic. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to this policy, payment processor rules, and applicable consumer law.
4. Repair-First Process
Before a refund is issued, Legacy Bridge may first attempt to:
- Repair access or restore the course material that is not loading.
- Correct missing pages, missing lessons, or incomplete required content.
- Restore enrollment access if the payment completed but the unlock did not occur.
If the issue is corrected within a reasonable review period and access is fully restored, a refund may not be issued. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, refund eligibility will be reviewed.
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
To submit a refund or support request, contact Legacy Bridge support with the following:
- Your account email address
- The name of the course, bundle, or pathway you purchased
- Your order receipt or payment confirmation
- A clear description of the issue
- Proof of the issue, which may include screenshots, screen recording, or video showing the problem

(TODO: confirm official support email before launch)
Incomplete requests may delay review. Providing proof of the issue helps us investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. Refund Processing Timeframe
If a refund is approved, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. The 7 to 10 business day timeframe begins after refund approval, not necessarily after the initial request is submitted.
Processing times may vary depending on:
- The payment processor (Stripe or equivalent)
- Your card issuer or bank
- Bank holidays, weekends, or other financial institution delays
Legacy Bridge AI Academy cannot guarantee exact refund timing beyond the approved processing window. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days from approval, contact your bank or card issuer before reaching out to support.
7. What This Policy Does Not Cover
- Change of mind after a course has been accessed and is fully functional.
- Courses that are fully accessible and working as described at time of purchase.
- Issues caused by the student's own device, browser, or internet connection that are not reproducible on our end.
- Scholarship applications — scholarship decisions are made by the founder and are separate from this policy.
This list is not exhaustive. Refund eligibility is always reviewed case by case.
8. Compliance and Consumer Rights
This refund policy is designed to comply with Stripe's merchant requirements, card network rules, and applicable consumer protection laws. Students in certain states or countries may have additional consumer rights that apply regardless of this policy.
Legacy Bridge AI Academy reserves the right to update this policy before paid enrollment launches. The final version will be reviewed by an attorney and posted with a clear effective date before any live payments are processed.
Attorney Review Required. This policy is a draft and has not been reviewed by a licensed attorney. Do not rely on it as a final legal document. Final, attorney-reviewed Terms of Service and Refund Policy will be published before any paid public launch.
